Nurse Outgrows her Blouse!

Bokuman hasn't specifically labeled this as breast expansion, but it seems pretty obvious to me. We've got a healthy but lissome nurse who suddenly has buttons popping off into space, with enormous breasts bursting forth as the blouse gives way? Either she was dressing in clothes that were way too tight for her generous bosom, or she's just experiencing some radical expansion while at work. I'm going with the first explanation, so now we just have to imagine a set of circumstances (some kind of medical accident, obviously), that's caused this formerly ordinary young woman to grow the biggest tits in town!

She certainly does look surprised!

It's done in red pencil and I really like the surprise on the figure's face as her boobs billows out to freakish proportions.

Isane from Bleach – Even Bigger

If you watch Bleach, you're familiar with the busty character Isane Kotetsu. There are actually a lot of big breasts bouncing around Bleach, but Isane may well be the largest. Needless to say, CerberusLives exaggerated her qualities somewhat for this image.

Here's a really cute breast expansion sequence from BEgirl69. A girl with nice-sized breasts suddenly finds them expanding, and expanding some more, until they're utterly gigantic. And she's so surprised! Like she wasn't pre-destined for gigantic tit expansion in the first place!

I haven't seen much from this illustrator before, but the work is really good. There's not much there but it's really good.

Hogwarts Breast Expansion

The gag of using breast expansion magic in the Harry Potter universe is hardly new - Saturday Night Live played with it years ago when Hermione was depicted by a busty Lindsay Lohan, whose big boobs were barely constrained by her school sweater - but this cartoon takes it a bit further. I wonder what the Latin term for "breasts expand!" would be?

Code Geass Breast Expansion

Xsize is up to his usual yummy mischief, this time taking the slender Shirley Fenette from Code Geass and rendering her with giant breasts that won't fit inside her old bikini top!

The tiny bikini on a big-breasted woman motif is actually really common in Japan - they do it all the time with chesty gravure models. To the Japanese public at large it's meant to indicate how busty the girl is compared to normal Japanese proportions, but to breast expansion fans it implies that she's tremendously outgrown her top. Yoko Matsugane was often photographed this way in her day, and Aoki Yuko before her.
