Breast Expansion

I couldn't quite believe I was reading this entry in Forbes' blogs. It's called "Busted: Chest Size In The Office" by Jenna Goudreau and it's about professional women's breast sizes and the issues around too big versus too small.

She writes about "the mixed messages in the media. The pages of most women’s magazine solidify the ideal: Size 0 waist, size DD chest." That's the ideal? I actually dated a girl with those proportions and she was incredibly self-conscious about having huge breasts relative to her otherwise tiny figure. (I didn't mind so much. I'd certainly like to see those women's magazines that are filled with tiny girls with giant boobs, though.)

Goudreau also writes:

Former Citigroup employee Debrahlee Lorenzana typifies the busty woman who isn’t taken seriously in the office. She filed a lawsuit claiming that she was fired for being too good-looking. Despite trying to hide her curves with turtlenecks, she says she was reprimanded for appearing too sexy. On the other hand, I’ve spoken with women lacking in that area who worry their appearance projects “unwomanliness” rather than power. Some even accentuate other areas—legs or hair and makeup—to compensate. Of course, this can have the opposite effect and cause people to take you less seriously. Is there an office booby bias? Many are left wondering, How much is too much?

My impression of Lorenzana is that she typifies frivolous litigation. I never heard much about her job performance.

OK, I don't speak Russki but I think the gist of this drama "Interny" is that:

1. Flat-chested young girl wants breast implants.
2. Flat-chested young doctor tells her she doesn't need them.
3. Huge-breasted matronly nurse undermines the doctor's authority and agrees with the patient.
4. Nurse dares young doctor to stuff her bra and experience life as a large-breasted woman.
5. Doctor accepts dare, stuffs herself to about a DD and attempts to perform her duties.
6. Men ogle her, stare at her enormous new breasts but pay no attention to what she's saying, follow her around the hospital with their mouths agape.
7. Doctor removes stuffing, presents patient with the same dare, confident that she will arrive at the same conclusions.
8. After stuffing her bra, the patient looks fabulous with big breasts, adores the attention, demands the procedure.

It's terrific. Both of the women are gorgeous and they look even more amazing with great big breasts!

This is pretty good - Sabrina the witch is accidentally morphed into a big-breasted bimbo by two of her friends. I think this is one of the earliest examples of bimbo transformation on mainstream TV. She looks great with huge boobs, but the outfit and hair don't really do it for me.

If you ever thought it would be high-larious to do a fake "Got Milk?" ad featuring Sofia Vergara, thus to imply that she got her big, gorgeous breasts as a result of dairy product consumption, well, the milk industry beat you to it.

They did one for real, several years ago.

And lest you assume innocent intent, please take note that the glass of milk is shaped like an hourglass, and that the scoop-neck white t-shirt under her outer shirt forms an arrow leading from her cleavage to the milk. It's called "subliminal advertising" and it works great with big boobs.

Update: Here's a video that shows off Vergara's "making of" this ad, as well as an interview with her where she extols the virtues of drinking low-fat milk on a regular basis. It's all in Spanish, but it's pretty terrific if only for its focus on this gorgeous lady.

I can almost hear the girl in the yellow dress saying, "Do mine next!" The uber-chesty girl does look as if she just sort of erupted out of her top, doesn't she?

How did I miss this when it came out? Granted, it's a shit movie but American Pie gets some kudos from me for this clip.

British bra shops are now consistently stocking bra sizes that were very rare not so very long ago.

Sales figures from Debenhams, the High Street retailer, indicate that British women now have bigger busts than in previous generations.

The company disclosed that the average bra sold is now an entire size bigger than it was just five years ago.

Demand for G cups has risen sharply in recent years and larger sizes - those in size D and above - now make up the majority of the company's entire bra sales (63 per cent).

If we can make this keep happening for a few more decades, we'll be looking at a whole planet of giant-titters!
